Payment with no IBAN/ Combined Service soon available
Dear partner,
With this news, we would like to inform you that a new option called "Payment with no IBAN” will be activated soon. This feature allows the combination of AIS and PIS workflows in order to start a PIS transaction without having to manually fill the debtor IBAN. Our sandbox has been updated accordingly.
We will send you an update as soon as this change is deployed in Production (end of March, beginning of April).

Dear partners,
The production incident we experienced today has been successfully solved by our team.
A consequence of its resolution is that clients will have to log in again to be able to re-connect their Keytrade Bank account.
We managed to find a solution with no client impact (no need for clients to log in again).
We are very sorry about this inconvenience. Thank you for your collaboration.

We are currently experiencing a production incident starting at 09:47 today, degrading a part of the APIs flow in production.

In order to fulfill maintenance for technical operation on the Worldline network equipment, a network intervention is planned TODAY, the 02 November 2021 between 23:00 and 01:00:00 with a 20min network cut from 23:10 to 23:30 (GMT+1).
Devportal, sandbox and APIs will be unavailable during this time.

Worldline informed us they experienced a production incident starting at 12:42 today, and solved at 14:40 by Worldine teams, degrading a part of the APIs flow in production.
