Dear partner,

We are currently experiencing an issue in production preventing you to refresh the accounts balances and the transactions overview.

We are working hard to solve this issue asap.  We will deploy today a fix for the existing customers (consents).

About new customers (new consents) : they will still be able to add their Keytrade bank account in your app but they will not receive the transactions nor the account balance.

We will keep you posted on the resolution.
